Past pet sitting experience and qualifications:
I have done several short-term house-sitting jobs over the past 10 to 15 years while homeowners were on vacation. I am now choosing to commit to a much longer term from several months and up to a year. My goal is to get completely out of debt and save money for a house of my own. My main occupation is sales working within the home from my own internet connections, internet phone and my cell phone. This allows me the ability to keep watch and care for the owners' home at all times of the day. I do not charge for this long-term service because it allows me to cut my cost of housing while paying off debts. Please ignore the hourly rate on this site. This service is an exchange of labor of daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance and up-keep of your home inside and out while you are away such as: housekeeping/cleaning, lawn care, gardening, snow removal, pet care, vet visits, forwarding your mail, coordinating for professional repairs if needed with the company you approve of, weekly reports of how things are going and communication with you by phone or email, and etc. while you are away. I will pay for my own personal needs and groceries. You would pay for: all utilities (unless proven to be used in an unusual excess), pet supplies and vet care, gardening, lawn and any special household scheduled cleanings by professional companies such as carpet, furniture and window cleanings and household supplies.
