I am so pleased with your site! I had an account with another online site and I didn't like it's setup or maneuverability. I have been on yours for an hour and I love it! Thanks!

Hi, I was a stay at home mom from 1991-2012, raising three children. I home schooled all three of them through their high school years, starting them into becoming life-long learners. I really enjoyed teaching them their ABC's, reading, and math. I looked for creative ways to teach them. I didn't just stick a book in front of them for weeks making them do the same old thing. I wanted learning for them to be fun and wanted develop in them their own creativity and help them to see that learning is a lifetime adventure! We definitely had our challenges along the way, but it was fulfilling to see them develop into children who are bright and interested in the world around them. I was also part of a church group that we got together almost every day helping each other with each other's children, whether it be coloring, reading to them, teaching math or science, or playing outside. We would sometimes get the older children together and learn about plants and went outside to investigate the ones in our backyards. And someone else would grab the younger ones and read a book, while others made lunch. So I was exposed to numerous children just about every day. My children got older and we moved to a small town in Wyoming and I needed to find work. Because the town was pretty small, one of the few places I could work with just coming from being a stay-at-home mom for 21years, was xx. I am currently working at a xx now, but really miss being around children. Back in Wyoming, I tried getting babysitting jobs there, but because it was a small town, there wasn't many opportunities. But now that I am here, I am trying again to be able to invest my time in helping parents with their children. If I can find a babysitting job, I would love to do that instead. I think I am a pretty creative person and I love to teach children whatever they want to learn. If I don't know something, then I will learn along with them! I like to play, read, go to the park, hike, and play games. I would enjoy helping children learn about the world around them, teach them how to enjoy life, and make sure they have the things they need to become all that they can be.
