I have been caring for children most of my life, in my mothers daycare and independently, often full time. During the school year, I work part time at an elementary school in before/ after school programs. I am a caregiver for a disabled 14 year old and have been with that family for over 4 years. I also babysit his 9 year old brother on a regular basis. In addition, I am a paraprofessional in ABA therapy. I have experience with some physical, mental, and behavioral disorders. I am working on a Masters degree in Drama Therapy at KSU. I am both CPR and First Aid certified, both of which included an infant component. For the summer, I would not be looking for full time work, as there are a few weeks when I will be unavailable during the day, due to summer classes. I would rather work on a part time basis as needed. I will not have a fall schedule until August, as I am teaching Public Speaking at the university. I have a strong desire to help people and would love to create and loving and educational environment for your child.
