in the past i work with a family with 4 children. 1 was an infant, 5 years old, 9 and a 13 yrs. boy that had a disability. under my own privacy contract i make a file based on the needs of the child. like food alargies notifications such as payment plans,where the parent will be staying, contacts, a copy of medical insurance information, doctors names, medications with a spec. time to take them, and also to note if the child is grounded or not and what from. i had experience to know that children tend to think that because mom or dad is not home. give them a feeling of a older sister looking out for them. i also try to get any messes cleaned up by the time they are done. make the parent feel a little more relaxed for when they get home. i love to volenteer(elf) for the fraternal order of eagles christmas party. handle a group of 30+ children at one time. if you have any questions about me feel free to ask
